Rob has over 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry, including Business Development, Strategic Planning, Business Transformation, and Systems Integration. Rob also brings hands-on experience improving performance across several business functions, including Sales, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Distribution, and Network Operations for global Telecom clients in Brazil, the U.K., Australia, Canada, the Caribbean, and the US.

As the former CEO of CSI Civil Solutions, Duane grew the business from a regional wireless services company to over 200 employees with a national footprint. He brings over 15 years of experience delivering site acquisition and turnkey construction services across thousands of New Site Builds and Modifications. Previous to CSI, Duane owned and operated other construction and installation companies.
